The Client:
The Black Diamond Lodge is Deer Valley Resort's premier luxury slope side real estate, strategically located over the slopes at the Deer Valley base area.

The Challenge:
To create a DVD presentation to play in the Prudential Utah Real Estate Gallery in downtown Park City and serve as a sales and marketing DVD to be sent to prospective buyers by the Black Diamond real estate team.

Tripstream Solution:
We produced a three to four minute video which gives viewers a thorough tour of the Black Diamond Lodge residences, common areas, locker rooms, exercise facilities and ski-in, ski-out conveniences - along with descriptive shots of Deer Valley Resort itself. The DVD is narrated through interviews with the Prudential Utah real estate agents, who described the unique characteristics of the Black Diamond and provided voice-over for the piece.
